Product overview
The UT8MRQRHxG family provides 1 Gb to 8 Gb of nonvolatile STT-MRAM through a dual-quad SPI interface supporting 8-bit-wide transfers. The production datasheet specifies operation up to 100 MHz SDR or 50 MHz DDR, with 10¹⁶ write-cycle endurance and 20-year retention at 85°C. Hardware signals and configurable software protection help control writes to selected address ranges. The family supports reconfigurable-computing image storage and other applications requiring persistent data with frequent access. A 224-ball FBGA package, selectable radiation assurance and Space PEM screening options allow the device configuration to be matched to mission requirements.
