Product overview
The UT05PFD103 Smart Power Switch Controller combines power-MOSFET control with load-side inrush limiting and eFuse protection. It monitors forward current and line/load voltages to detect overloads and short circuits. An optional ideal-diode OR FET supports reverse-current protection and redundant-power architectures. Optional PMBus telemetry reports input voltage, output voltage and current, while discrete controls support operation without relying on digital telemetry. Latching, retriggerable and pulsing control modes provide options for fault response. The controller helps manage the external power FET within its safe operating area using the application circuitry described in the datasheet.
