Product overview
The UT54ACTQ16245 is a 16-bit CMOS bidirectional transceiver with TTL inputs and three-state outputs. Direction control selects the flow of data between the A and B buses. The active-low output-enable input overrides the direction control and isolates both ports. The controls support two independent eight-bit transceivers or one 16-bit transceiver. The device uses Frontgrade radiation-hardened CMOS technology and is documented for space applications. A 48-lead flatpack supports the wide-bus interface. The selected orderable configuration determines screening and radiation assurance.
