Product overview
UT54ACS163 is a presettable four-bit binary counter with internal carry look-ahead logic. All flip-flops are clocked simultaneously. Both preset loading and clearing are synchronous, while the carry output supports cascading counters for longer words. The counter can be preset to any number from zero through fifteen. Its recommended supply range is 4.5 to 5.5 V. The device is characterized over a case-temperature range of -55°C to +125°C. QML Q and QML V process options are documented; select the orderable device and screening level for the required application.
