Application Notes

The UT54ACS08E is a quadruple two-input AND gate with a wide supply voltage.

Characterized over full military temperature range, the devices are also QML-Q and -V qualified.  The quadruple two-input AND gate performs the Boolean functions Y = A * B or Y = A + B  in positive logic.
