IBIS Models

The UT54ACS02E is a quadruple, two-input NOR gates with a wide supply voltage range.

Characterized over full military temperature range, the devices are also QML-Q and –V qualified.  The NOR gates perform the Boolean functions Y = A + B or Y = A * B in positive logic.
