128Mb DQSPI MRAM

The 128Mb DQSPI MRAM is a true random-access memory; allowing both reads and writes to occur randomly in memory and is ideal for applications that must store and retrieve data without incurring large latency penalties. Data is written into memory instantly, is always non-volatile, protecting data in the event of a power loss. The 128Mb part has a dual QSPI interface.
