Product overview
The UT8MRQ128M provides 128 Mb of nonvolatile MRAM for systems that need less than gigabit-scale storage. Its dual-QSPI interface supports 8-bit-wide transfers, and true random-access operation allows reads and writes throughout memory without flash-style erase cycles. Embedded multibit error correction, hardware and software protection, and low-voltage write inhibit support persistent code and configuration storage. Intended uses include mid-size FPGA boot memory, processor image storage, scratchpad and execute memory. The device uses a 56-ball FBGA package with a 10 mm-square footprint, providing a compact option for lower-density embedded processing systems.
