Product overview
The UT54BS32245 is a 32-bit bidirectional bus switch for memory interfaces, bus isolation, and redundant signal paths. Its low on-state resistance connects the A and B ports with minimal propagation delay. The device is organized as four independently enabled 8-bit switches. Driving an output-enable input low connects the corresponding ports; driving it high opens the path and isolates the ports. Operation is supported from 3.3 V or 5 V supplies, with different typical on-state resistance at each voltage. The datasheet also identifies support for analog applications.
