Application Notes

The UT54ACTS86 is a quadruple 2-input exclusive OR gate with a 5.0V supply voltage.

Characterized over full military temperature range, the devices are also QML-Q and -V qualified.  The OR gate perform the Boolean function Y = A⊕B = AB + AB in positive logic.
