Application Notes

The UT54ACTS138 is a 3-line to 8-line decoders/demultiplexers designed to be used in high-performance memory-decoding or data-routing applications requiring very short propagation delay times with a 5.0V supply voltage.

Characterized over full military temperature range, the devices are also QML-Q and -V qualified.
