Product overview
UT54ACS85 compares two four-bit words expressed as straight binary or BCD codes. Three decoded outputs indicate the comparison result. Devices can be cascaded to compare longer words without external gates, and the cascading paths use a two-gate-level delay. Its recommended supply range is 4.5 to 5.5 V. The device is characterized over a case-temperature range of -55°C to +125°C. QML Q and QML V process options are documented; select the orderable device and screening level for the required application.
