Product overview
The UT32BS1X833 Matrix-D is a 32-channel, 1:8 bus switch for SDRAM paging and bus isolation. It connects a host bank to one of eight banks of 32 I/O connections, reducing the capacitive load seen by the processor and memory. Transmission-gate channels support bidirectional signals. A broadcast mode activates all banks for SDRAM refresh and initialization. Internal pull-ups on selected outputs and bus holders on the remaining outputs maintain defined states when a bank is deselected. The device operates from a single 3.3 V supply.
