Product overview
The UT24C407 Certus-NX-RT is a radiation-tolerant FPGA for interface bridging and processing at the edge. Built on a 28 nm FD-SOI platform, it combines 39k logic cells, DSP multipliers, embedded memory, and programmable I/O in a compact plastic BGA package. Supported interfaces include PCIe Gen1/Gen2, SGMII, LVDS, and external memory connections. Integrated bitstream encryption and authentication protect configuration data, while soft-error detection and correction and memory ECC support reliable operation. Lattice Radiant design tools and configurable IP support implementation of application-specific logic, and the onboard ADCs provide system-monitoring capability.
