Product overview

The SSPA 9.35-9.85-500 is an X-band GaN amplifier for space-based sensing in LEO. It covers 9.35–9.85 GHz and provides 500 W typical peak RF output in pulsed operation. The module includes external blanking, temperature and health monitoring, and protection against reverse polarity, supply overvoltage/undervoltage and RF-output open/short conditions. An SMA female input and WR-90 waveguide output connect the RF path, while DSUB connectors carry DC and logic. The published operating-temperature range applies to the baseplate.
