Product overview

The SSPA 6.0-18.0-30 is a GaN RF amplifier covering 6–18 GHz. The model provides approximately 30 W typical CW output into a matched load at room temperature. A discrete enable input controls amplifier operation, and the module operates from a 28 VDC supply. SMA female RF connections and a Combo-D power/control interface support integration. The operating-temperature range is defined at the baseplate. Reverse-polarity protection is included, with the enclosure and thermal design governed by the approved model drawing.
