Product overview
The SSPA 6.0-12.0-100 is a GaN RF amplifier covering 6–12 GHz for airborne and other installations with high shock and vibration requirements. The module provides external blanking and monitors temperature and other health parameters. Integrated protection addresses reverse polarity, supply overvoltage and undervoltage, and open or short circuits at the RF output. DC and logic connections use DSUB connectors, and the RF output uses a Type N female connection. The specified operating-temperature range applies to the module baseplate.
