Product overview
The SSPA 2.0-6.0-250 is a GaN broadband amplifier covering 2–6 GHz for ground and airborne RF systems. Its enclosure is designed for high shock, vibration and altitude requirements. A discrete blanking line controls amplifier operation. Integrated functions include reverse-polarity, overtemperature and supply overvoltage/undervoltage protection. The RF input uses SMA female and the output uses Type N female connections; Combo-D connectors carry DC and logic. Published performance applies over a defined baseplate temperature range, with output characteristics dependent on the operating point.
