Product overview
The SSPA 2.0-6.0-100 is a GaN RF power amplifier covering 2–6 GHz. The model provides 100 W typical saturated output and is designed for airborne installations with high shock and vibration requirements. External blanking controls the amplifier, while reverse-polarity and output open/short protection support operation. Overtemperature and overvoltage faults are reported. The module accepts an 18–32 VDC input with 28 VDC nominal operation. SMA female input, TNC female output and DSUB power/control connections define the electrical interfaces.
