Product overview
The SSPA 0.020-6.000-70 is a GaN RF amplifier covering 20 MHz to 6 GHz. It uses a modular housing and a 28 VDC supply for broadband military and commercial RF systems. External DC blanking controls the amplifier state. Protection functions address supply overvoltage, undervoltage and reverse polarity, together with an open or short at the RF output.
