Product overview

The SSPA 0.020-1.000-100 is a GaN RF amplifier covering 20 MHz to 1 GHz. It supports broadband jamming and communications applications. The module uses a 28 VDC supply and includes external blanking control. Protection features address supply overvoltage, undervoltage and reverse polarity, together with an open or short circuit at the RF output. SMA female connectors provide the RF input and output. The published operating temperature refers to the amplifier baseplate, so thermal integration is part of the installation design.
