RHD 5932 Digital-to-Analog Converter, 14-Bit, Latched, Buffered Output

The RHD5932 provides 14-bit digital-to-analog conversion with a latched, buffered output. Its CMOS R/2R Kelvin resistor network uses digital inputs to switch between the positive and negative reference signals. Static or dynamic reference inputs allow multiplying-DAC operation within the supply limits. The buffered architecture supports programmable analog functions such as voltage sources and digital potentiometers. Circuit topology and layout methods are used to mitigate total-ionizing-dose effects and single-event latchup. Multiple ordering options provide different screening and radiation-assurance flows, allowing the product selection to follow the application’s procurement requirements.
