Product overview
The RHD5931 provides 11-bit digital-to-analog conversion with a buffered output. Its CMOS resistor network switches between the PREF and NREF reference inputs according to the digital input code. Those references can be static or dynamic within the supply range, supporting programmable analog-voltage functions. CMOS/TTL digital inputs provide the control interface, and the output can swing to the supply rails when unloaded. Applications include programmable voltage sources and digital potentiometers. The selected ordering suffix defines the screening and radiation-assurance flow; electrical performance must be evaluated at the test conditions stated in the datasheet.
