Product overview
The RHD5902 integrates four operational amplifiers with enable controls for two amplifier pairs. Disabling a pair places its outputs in a high-impedance state and powers down those amplifiers. The device supports rail-to-rail input and output operation, with unity-gain stability under the normal conditions described in the datasheet. Diodes protect the input and output pins. The CMOS output stages tolerate momentary shorts, although the device does not provide on-chip thermal shutdown. Single-supply and dual-supply arrangements are described in the application examples. Electrical limits, output loading and radiation assurance must follow the selected ordering option and stated test conditions.
