Technical specifications

Specification Value Notes
Amplifier channels 4
Single-supply operation 3.3 V to 5.0 V Operating-supply feature; electrical limits are specified at +5.0 V unless otherwise stated. This does not establish 3.3 V post-radiation characterization.
Dual-supply operation ±1.65 V to ±2.5 V
Enable grouping Two amplifier pairs
Ordered radiation assurance 1 Mrad(Si) Only the exact 5901-901-1S RHA ordering option; dose-rate conditions remain per datasheet. Published family dose rate: 50–300 rad(Si)/s. Irradiation bias and electrical-test supply conditions must follow the datasheet; no assurance at an uncharacterized voltage is implied.

Values are subject to the conditions and ordering options in the referenced product documentation.

Product overview

The RHD5901 combines four operational amplifiers with enable controls that operate in pairs. Disabling a pair places those amplifiers in a power-down condition and their outputs in a high-impedance state. This supports signal paths in which several amplifiers feed a common output while inactive channels are disabled. Rail-to-rail input and output operation helps preserve usable signal range. The CMOS amplifiers support resistive and capacitive loads within the datasheet limits and are unity-gain stable under normal conditions. Ordering options define the screening flow and any radiation-assurance commitment for the selected part.
