Product overview
The RHD5900 integrates four operational amplifiers for analog signal conditioning. Rail-to-rail inputs and outputs help use the available signal range in a single-supply design. The amplifiers are unity-gain stable under the normal conditions described in the datasheet and can drive resistive or capacitive loads within those limits. CMOS output stages tolerate momentary shorts, and diode protection is provided at inputs and outputs. The design uses circuit topology and layout methods intended to mitigate ionizing-dose effects and single-event latchup. Screening and radiation assurance are selected through the ordering suffix.
