Marisa Jimenez

Marisa serves as Vice President of Excellence & Business Operations at Frontgrade, where she is focused on strengthening our operational excellence, quality, and manufacturing strategy to better serve customers and support long-term growth. She partners across the organization to drive continuous improvement, enhance productivity, and advance scalable operations across the enterprise.

Marisa brings nearly 20 years of aerospace and defense manufacturing experience. Prior to joining Frontgrade, she served as Manufacturing Vice President at Terran Orbital, where she led high-performing manufacturing organizations and improved cost, throughput, quality, and safety. She also held leadership roles at Lockheed Martin, driving operational excellence and supplier performance across complex programs

Marisa holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Systems Engineering from San Jose State University and a Master’s degree in Engineering Management from Drexel University.
