Joel Falcone

Joel Falcone serves as our President of Integrated Solutions.  In his role, Joel is responsible for our customer experience, revenue growth, P&L management, strategy, and operational execution for our Integrated Solutions business which is comprised of our RF Systems and Motion Control business units.  Prior to this role, Joel served as our Chief Operating Officer.  

Joel has over 30 years of executive leadership experience in high-technology organizations, including serving as Executive Vice President and Chief Operations Officer at Excelitas Technologies. He has led global operations spanning 25 factories across nine countries. Earlier in his career, Joel held senior leadership roles at PerkinElmer, including Vice President & General Manager and Chief Financial Officer across several business units.

Joel holds an MBA from San Jose State University and a BS in Finance from the University of Arizona.
