Jeff Sands

Jeff Sands serves as Senior Vice President of Execution Excellence at Frontgrade, where he leads the Program Management Office, Configuration Management, Engineering Services, and Engineering Tools functions. In this role, he is responsible for ensuring his team supports design velocity and execution through enterprise-wide processes that enable speed and accuracy across the organization. He and his team work closely with engineering and business unit leaders to support the company’s long-term objectives.

Jeff joined Frontgrade in 2024 as Vice President of Program Management, where he led the company’s program management organization. Prior to joining Frontgrade, he served as Vice President of Program Management at Abaco Systems. He also spent 20 years at Mercury Systems, where he advanced through a series of leadership positions in engineering, quality, and program management.

Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Alabama in Huntsville.
