Jack Kilian

Jack Kilian serves as Senior Vice President and Chief Growth Officer at Frontgrade, where he leads the company’s Sales, Business Development, Capture, Marketing, and Growth Operations functions. In this role, he is responsible for developing and executing strategies that accelerate revenue growth, strengthen customer engagement, and expand Frontgrade’s market presence in support of the company’s long-term objectives.

Jack joined Frontgrade in 2024 as Vice President of Sales and Business Development, where he led the company’s sales and business development organizations. Prior to joining Frontgrade, he spent 19 years at Mercury Systems, holding a series of leadership roles of increasing responsibility across growth-focused functions. In his most recent position at Mercury, Jack led sales and business development efforts for advanced embedded and anti-tamper processing solutions, supporting mission-critical defense and aerospace applications.

Jack holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from The University of Alabama in Huntsville.
